Q: What material is used for my teardrop flag?

At LOD Print we print our single sided and double sided tear drop flags using 200D Knitted Polyester. This material will last longer than traditional woven polyester and is one of the strongest and most durable materials available for flag making.

Q: What size flags are available?

We offer 3 standard sizes for our tear drop flags. All 3 sizes are available in single sided or double sided print.

  1. Small. Our small flag is 2.2 Metres (From the base to the top of the flag). The print size of the material is 690mm x 1744mm.
  2. Medium. Our medium flag is 3.5 Metres (From the base to the top of the flag). The print size of the material is 866mm x 2702mm.
  3. Large. Our large flag is 4.5 Metres (From the base to the top of the flag). The print size is of the material is 1123mm x 3707mm.

Q: How long will it take for my flag to be produced?

All teardrop flags are printed and dispatched within 72 hours of payment and approval of artwork on your order.

Q: Where are my flags produced?

All our teardrop flags are Australian Made and printed directly in Australia. We dont believe in overseas printing and local printing makes sure you receive your order in the quickest time frame possible.

Q: How do i set up my artwork for the flags?

Each flag size has an artwork template to assist you with developing the required artwork. Please review the download tab to review each artwork specification document.

Q: Is there a warranty period?

All flags printed with LOD Print have a 2 year warranty period.

Q: How do i purchase online?

Simply select the flag size you require, single or double sided printing and the quantity and our automated pricing system will calculate the total of the order. You can then upload the corresponding artwork files for the order, add the items to your cart and then check-out the order.

Q: Discount Pricing

We offer the best market pricing for teardrop flags while ensuring they are of the highest quality. In addition to printing our flags in Australia, we offer a tiered discount pricing structure. The larger the quantity of flags on order, the cheaper the unit price of each flag will become. Simply enter the quantity required in our instant online pricing for your live estimate.

Q: What base should I select for my flag?

At LOD Print we offer a variety of bases to connect to the flag pole and ensure your flag remains upright even in the most testing of weather conditions.

All bases are suitable for any sized teardrop or bow banner.

Deluxe Cross Base with Waterbag

A heavy duty and strong cross shaped base made from aliminium to ensure your flag does not fall over in high winds. Comes with a waterbag that can be filled with water or sand to provide even more protection. Best for outdoor usage and high wind areas.

Premium Cross Base and Waterbag

Slimmer alimium cross base than our deluxe model. Comes with a waterbag that can be filled with water or sand to provide protection. Best for indoor usage or outdoor environments where there is less wind.

Deluxe Square Base

Our most premium of bases weighing 10kgs and prodiving extra weight to the flag to ensure the flag remains upright in high wind environments. Strongly recommended for outdoor usage where there maybe high winds.

Ground Spike

The perfect base for customers wanting to insert their flag into the gorund. It can be easily connect to the pole structure of the flag and then inserted into the ground.

Wall Mount 0 Degrees

Enables you to connect your flag to a wall surface such as bricks. By using this base you can insert the pole into the wall mount and attach the wall mount to any wall or solid surface. The 0 Degree option enables your flag to be pointed directly upwards.

Wall Mount 30 Degrees

Enables you to connect your flag to a wall surface such as bricks. By using this base you can insert the pole into the wall mount and attach the wall mount to any wall or solid surface. The 30 Degree option enables your flag to be pointed outwards on a 30 Degree angle.

Q: Who are LOD Print?

LOD Print are a Victorian based signage and printing company. We offer a range of different signage options to both retail and trade customers.  

LOD Print is a rebrand of the printing and signage of BannerSHOP Victoria and we have recently seperated from our partnershop with BannerSHOP. The staff from BannerSHOP Victoria have remained and have transitioned to work for LOD Print. 

All our signage and printing solutions are local and printed and assembled in Victoria. As a result we offer quick turnaround times, local service and Australian made products. At LOD Print we manage all signage solutions right from the original artwork development and graphic design through to printing and the installation of your signage.

With two locations in Victoria (Braeside and Port Melbourne) with offer our customers convenient, fast and local service. 

Q: Why buy from LOD Print?

At LOD Print all our products are Australian made and produced here in Victoria. By offering local printing we can assist our customers with very quick turn around times for the majority of items. We also make our customers our number 1 priority and will assist you with your signage and printing needs right from your intial enquiry through to installation and use of your product. We also offer our customers the ability to collect their orders in person from two locations in Melbourne without the need to wait for freight deliveries resulting in quick turn arounds times for your order.

Q: What are you order turn around times?

Our printing turnaround times depend on the item and the quantity you are ordering. Each product on our website advises the standard production period. Please note all production periods commence after receiving your artwork approval and the payment for the order. 

Please note that the production time period does not include the transit time from our warehouse to your delivery location. 

As we print and assemble all items in Melbourne, we can offer our customers quick turnaround times. Q: I am a trade customer. Does LOD Print offer trade pricing?

We welcome all Trade customers and offer blind shipping to any location Australia wide.

Q: What products do you produce?

At LOD Print we offer a range of graphic design, printing and signage solutions and the installation of your signage.  All our products can be found on our product pages on our website. Our product range includes, pull up banners, outdoor vinyl and mesh banners, tear drop and bow banner flags, posters, stickers, media walls, wide variety of fabrics, exhibition dislays, corflute, aliminium panels, PVC boards, branded merchandise, cardboard, posters and backlit posters. 

Q: Where is LOD Print located?

LOD Print has two locations within Victoria. Our warehouse and distribution centre is located in Braeside, 3/200 Boundary Road, BRAESIDE VIC 3195 and our customer service team are located at our Port Melbourne office, 35 Crockford Street, PORT MELBOURNE VIC 3207. 

When placing orders with us you can select either location to collect the goods from, adding extra convenience. 

Q: Can I collect my order in person?

We offer a free customer collection service for all orders. Simply select which location is more convenient when checking out of our website and our customer service team will contact you directly when you can collect your order. 

Q: Do you offer discounts for larger orders?

We operate on a tiered pricing structure. Effectively the more of an item you order the cheaper the unit price of each item will become. Our inbuilt qouting system will automatically caulcate the corresponding price for you once you have selected the quantity of the item.

We are always happy to review our quotes and pricing. If you have found a cheaper price from a competitor please contact our sales team (03) 8672 7075 or via email sales@lodprint.com.au and our team will assist you further. 

Q: Where are my products printed and made?

At LOD Print we believe in printing all our signage in Australia and never outsourcing orders overseas. All our items are printed within Australia and therefore we can offer faster turnaround times compared to others.

Ordering

Q: What are your order cut off times

We continue processing orders throughout the whole business day (8.30am to 5.30pm) AEST. We don't have a formal cut off time for order processing, however for urgent orders we strongly recommend placing these in the morning to get the order through to print on the same business day.

Q: I need my banner produced urgently. Do you produce urgent orders?

At LOD Print all our products have pre defined production periods that commence once you have made payment for an order and approved the artwork. With all our printing being done in Victoria, we specialise in quick turn around times on the majority of our products. You can find the production time period of each product within the corresponding product page. 

In the event that you need a product quicker than the stated production time period, please contact our customer service team directly on (03) 8672 7075 or email sales@lodprint.com.au. The team will work with you to find a solution and to print your items as quickly as possible! 

Q: Do I need to register on the website to place an order?

When placing an order on our website you can select to either checkout as a "Guest" or "Register".

Selecting Guest will enable you to checkout faster and you will not need to register your details with us.

Selecting Register will enable us to set up an account for you including a user name and password. By registering with us you will be able to log-in to your account at any time and see the status of your order. You will also be able to retrieve information relating to previous orders and obtain documents relating to your order.

Q: Do I receive the same price ordering through the sales team compared to on the website?

In the majority of circumstances the pricing on our website will be consitant with the pricing offered through our sales team. From time to time, we will offer promotions on our site for reduced pricing on a particular product. In the event of an online promotion the corresponding products will need to be ordered through our website to receive the promotional price. 

Q: I am having some difficulty processing my online order. Who do I contact for assistance?

Q: I want to order the same product I have previously ordered. Do you still have my order details and artwork?

We generally retain customers artwork for a period of 12 months to assist with easy re-orders. Please contact our customer service team on (03) 8672 7075 or via email @ sales@lodprint.com.au and quote your previous order number. If we have a copy of your print ready files we will gladly provide these to you at no cost. 

Q: I need to enter multiple delivery addresses for my order. How do I do this?

Our online ordering system will allow you to enter multiple addresses. Please note our freight is calculated at a set rate of $14.95 per delivery location. Q: I have placed an online order. What correspondence do I now receive?

Our automated online ordering process will generate a sales confirmation order via email to you. This sales order confirmation will includes your online order reference number. You will also receive an artwork approval email that contains a copy of your final artwork proofs which you must approve before printing commences. Once you have approved your artwork, you will also receive a copy of a tax invoice for your order. 

Q: Will I receive a copy of my online order?

When ordering online or automated system will email you all details relating to your order. This will include a copy of the sales order, artwork approval email and a copy of your tax invoice. 

Q: I have placed an online order. How do I track the status and delivery of my order?

If you have registered as a user for our website you can simply log in to your account to see the status of any orders you have placed. The status will advise you when printing has finished and when the item has been shipped. 

For all orders with LOD Print we will also generate order updates via email to the email address used to place the order. The update emails will provide you details on how your order is tracking, advise when the order has finished printing and also when the order has been dispatched. We will also generate a dispatch email to you with associated tracking details once your order has left our warehouse.

Q: Where do I collect my order from when it is ready?

You can collect your order for any of our two locations.

Q: I need a pull up banner urgently. What is the quickest turnaround available?

Our pull up banners are produced in Victoria and can be dispatched within 48 hours. If you need a banner urgently we recommend contacting our customer service team on (03) 8672 7075 or sales@lodprint.com.au

 

Artwork

Q: Do you have artwork specifications that I need to follow?

We have an artwork specification document for LOD Print which will explain how to supply your artwork and assist you with general artwork questions. In addition, there is an artwork specification document unique to each product we sell. This document will explain how to set up your print ready artwork for the particular product you are purchasing. You will find these documents on each product page under "Downloads".

Q: I am not sure how to set up print ready artwork. Can you help me do it?

We understand that setting up print ready artwork isn't always an easy process! We offer an internal graphic design team that can perform this function for you and to make sure your concept is turned into a reality! We offer a variety of artwork design packages from simple logo placement through to complex designs and redrawing of logos. Please review our design page for further information or give us a call on (03) 8672 7075 and we can assist with all artwork enquiries!

Q: How do I set up my artwork?

Our overall artwork specification guide will assist you to understand the type of files that we require for high resolution and large format printing. In addition each of our corresponding products that we sell have their own artwork specifcation document. This document will explain how to set ip the print ready artwork for that corresponding product. 

If you are unable to develop the artwork yourself, we have a team of graphic artists that can do the job for you. Q: My artwork file is too large to upload online. What do I do?

If your artwork files are too large to upload during our online ordering process, please use dropbox.com or wetransfer.com. Please use our email address when transferring artworks - sales@lodprint.com.au

Q: Do you sell custom products not listed on the website?

At LOD Print we offer a range of print, signage and installation services. If you can't quite see what you are after please contact our customer service team on (03) 8672 7075 or email sales@lodprint.com.au and our team will be able to assist you.

Q: What sort of banner is best for me?

At LOD Print we offer a wide range of signage and printing solutions to help with your avertising, branding and events. We offer signage and printing for both indoor and outdoor applications. Depending on your particular usage will determine what sort of product you require. Generally, a good starting place is to review the different products on our site, including their pictures, descriptions and frequently asked questions. The information contained within the products will hopefully point you in the right direction of what would suit your particular needs. 

If you can't find exactly what you are after or need asisstance with selecting the best item for you, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. We can have a chat with you and work closely with you to ensure a selected product will meet you needs. 

Q: Can I use my pull up banner outdoors?

Our Premium Pull Up Banner is designed for indoor usage and is not recommended for outdoor usage. If you require outdoor signage we would recommend to purchase an outdoor vinyl banner or an outdoor mesh banner. 

Q: Can I change the image/print of my pull up banner?

Pull Up Banners are an economical signage solution and we do not offer a refitting service. This is mainly due to the cost involved in freighting the banner back to us, paying for additional material and a refitting fee equating to the same price as a new unit. 

Q: Does my pull up banner come with a warranty?

Our Premium Pull Up Banner comes with a 2 year warranty on the hardware. If you have any concerns with your product please contact our customer service team on (03) 8672 7075 or sales@lodprint.com.au 

Q: What is the difference between the premium and luxury pull up banners?

Our Premium Pull Up Banner has a slimer base than our luxury version. Premium Pull Up Banners are still a great purchase however if you are looking for a longer lasting product we recommend our luxury version as it is fitted with a longer lasting and sturdier base. 

Q: Can I adjust the height of my pull up banner?

We can reduce the height of your pull up banner to a size below 2000mm. Please notify us during the ordering process of what height you would like your banner to be.
